No Returns

We do not accept returns of any products once purchased and delivered. All sales are final.​

 

Refund Options

Store Credit Only:
All approved refunds are issued as store credit to your Injectify account. Store credit never expires and can be applied to future purchases.


No Refunds to Original Payment Method:
At this time, we do not offer refunds to your original payment method. This is a temporary policy while we transition payment processors.
Currently, we accept payments via BTCPay (Bitcoin) and e-Transfer (Canada) only.


Once we integrate a traditional card processor, additional refund options may become available.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@injectify.is. We'll review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please include:​

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

  • Description of the damage or defect

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under Canadian consumer protection laws. Products that are defective or not as described may be eligible for remedy under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.​
