2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We provide Standard shipping, with estimated delivery times shown at checkout, usually 3–7 business days in Canada and 10-30 international depending in the season and destination country.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs inspections, weather, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $200 CAD within Canada.
Shipping fees for orders below these thresholds will be calculated at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Restrictions
IMPORTANT: It is the buyer's responsibility to verify and comply with their country's customs regulations before placing an order. Injectify is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, delivery delays, or seized products caused by import restrictions or regulations.
For shipments to certain countries, duties and taxes may be collected at the time of purchase or upon delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Injectify is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
